Alley Way, 12x16, oil on linen panel, 2016. Painted at the 15th annual Telluride Plein Air Festival. It was an early morning with the sun rising above an alley between Colorado Avenue and West Pacific Avenue. "Baked," a bakery was at my back, and the smell of fresh bread was wafting in the air. I chose this view because of the backlit tree against the blue morning mountains. available
