The Powers Out on Thalia Street, oil on linen panel, 12x9", 2015. This painting came about as a result of my rental car getting trapped in the garage of the host home where I was staying. The door was electric, and as you can see, the power was out. I took advantage of the heroic view of the workers who came to save the day by painting this little 9x12. Later my painting buddy Colin Page picked me up and we painting together in the afternoon while waiting for my little economy Fiat to be released from its capture. Available
