Sedona

I painted this still life representation of Sedona during this past Sedona Plein Air event. The items were collected from around Sedona with pottery borrowed from the sample bin at the Sedona Arts Center, juniper berries gathered from my host front yard, rugs, antler and woven baskets from the Sedona Trading Post and the sunflowers and dried corn from the grocery store. It was a nice mix-up from the more typical landscape. Plus as an added bonus, I came home with some nice items for my Thanksgiving table!
