Painted during the Outdoor Painters Society, Plein Air Southwest painting event in Rockport, Texas and winner of "Best in Show" as awarded by judge Josh Been.
This painting, along with "Harvey Was Here," also earned the honor of "Artists Choice." These two ladies were in dry dock at Cove Harbor providing an irresistible painting subject with their complementary colors and heroic angled placement.
